Works in local testing. Breaks in production. At fleet scale, that bill is real.
Aliax Enterprise is the production-grade reliability layer for teams running >1M parses / month — dedicated workers, regional data residency, Flight Recorder telemetry, signed DPA, sub-5-minute annotation SLA, and a named engineer on Slack Connect.
Private worker route
Your own Cloudflare Worker subdomain, isolated from shared tenants. mTLS pinning. Per-region cold paths. No shared rate limits.
Data residency in 6 regions
Pick one of: us-east, us-west, eu-west, eu-central, ap-southeast, ap-northeast. Screenshots, DOM hashes, and labels never leave the chosen region.
Custom annotation SLA
Default median is 78s. Enterprise can pin a 5-minute hard ceiling per label, backed by a dedicated annotator pool and credit refund on breach.
Internal policy pack
CC6 (logical access), CC7 (system ops), CC8 (change mgmt). Penetration-test summary, sub-processor list, incident-response runbook — under NDA.
Signed DPA + MSA
Standard contractual clauses, liability cap negotiated per contract, custom indemnification on request. Procurement gets one PDF and one signature.
Named CSM + Slack Connect
One channel. One engineer. Quarterly cost-of-locator review and Closed Loop dataset audit. We tell you when a tier change or fine-tune can cut your bill.
how enterprise pricing actually works
- Committed-volume rate on parses (≥5M / mo → tier kicks in).
- Annotation labels billed per accepted label at $0.20 · auto-refunded on rejection · monthly spend ceiling you set.
- One annual invoice, NET-30. Wires, ACH, or card.
- 14-day pilot on a shared worker with your SLA targets logged and measured — upgrade to dedicated on contract signature.
- No per-seat fee. No per-environment fee. No "premium support" upcharge.
- True-up at quarter end — under-use rolls forward, over-use is invoiced at committed rate.
what your security team will ask for
We keep a folder ready. Email enterprise@aliax.xyz — we share everything under mutual NDA within 1 business day.
- Sub-processor list (Cloudflare, Supabase, Paystack — human annotators are vetted contractors under DPA)
- Architecture diagram & data-flow map
- Penetration-test summary (last test <12 months)
- Incident-response runbook + on-call rotation
- Backup, retention, and deletion procedures
- SOC 2 readiness status (Type II in progress)
Talk to engineering, not a BDR.
First call is 30 minutes with someone who has shipped code to the worker this quarter. No deck. No discovery checklist.
